Family Cultural Night Dances the Night Away

If someone were to ask you what you did on Tuesday, February 9th, we can promise you that the Findley community was enjoying a culturally dynamic evening full of music, dancing, food and fun. Family Cultural Night, hosted by the PTO, ELL Department and Creative Council is a huge hit and will easily become a Findley favorite tradition. Families enjoyed learning about cultures from around the world including Native American, Hawaiian, Norwegian, Ghana, Thailand, Japan, Myanmar, Karen, Mexico, and El Salvador – all over the world.  Performances included dancing and singing, displays included artifacts, information and even – – food! Thank you to everyone that made the night so successful! The night was such a success, that this event will continue to be an annual tradition! Check out our Flickr page for more pictures!
