A New Twist on MLK Day

The Friday before Martin Luther King Jr Day, students enjoyed a new twist on celebrating.  4th and 5th grade students prepared reader’s theater, tableaus, poetry (original and recited), musical compositions and more.  Kindergarten through 3rd grade were able to tour the classrooms after preparation and enjoy learning all about Martin Luther King Jr by their peer teachers.  What a great tradition to begin!
