2nd Grade Performs Poetry

On Friday, 2nd graders participated in a workshop hosted by Emily Lang and Kristopher Rollins from Run DSM , through Central Academy Campus. They worked with our 2nd graders on how to perform the poems they have written in class. The lesson was focused on expression, phrasing, voice control and movement to express words on a paper. As with most things at Findley, this experience integrated the arts on many levels and students loved it!
